FAQ
✧ What form of payment do you accept? I accept payment with all major Credit Cards via a secure SSL connection.
✧ How long does it take for my order to ship? I do my best to create something wonderful for you to enjoy and have in your hands as soon as possible! Most shipments are mailed within 1-4 working business days. If you should need your order sooner please let me know. If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, I will email you immediately.
✧ Do you accept returns? I stand behind all of my work, and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are not happy, I will gladly accept the item(s) back. Please contact alison@alisonkelleydesigns.com within five days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange. Shipping the returned/exchanged item to me will be the buyer's responsibility. Refunded items will have a minus of $4 for shipping cost, earrings will have a minus of ear wire cost to be determined after items are returned. All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of contacting me.
For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once I have received the item in perfect, original condition, I can refund you the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file and insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser via original payment method. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.
*Please note: Custom orders and clearance items are NOT returnable. I am committed to providing you with the best customer service I can. If there is an issue, please email me at alison@alisonkelleydesigns.com so we may remedy it together.
✧ Are you able to do custom work? Yes! I welcome custom orders and special requests. Let me know what style and materials you are interested in and I will let you know the cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete. Before construction actually begins I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commissions and special requests. All commission and special request sales are final. Once your creation has been completed or is near completion, you will be sent a photograph of it via email. Upon approval of the design, final payment will be due and your creation will be sent to you.
✧ Do you charge sales tax? I am required to charge sales tax on orders delivered in Colorado. I do not charge sales tax for packaged mailed to other states and countries.
✧ Do you ship internationally? I currently do not offer shipping for international orders here. I do offer international shipping via my Etsy site, https://www.etsy.com/shop/alisonkelleydesigns
✧ Jewelry sizing and adjustments: Most of my jewelry can be shortened or lengthened upon your request.
✧ Photography: Pictures are deliberately taken up close to show details in my jewelry; this may sometimes make the jewelry appear larger than it really is. Please be sure to read item description above for measurements. My handmade jewelry is photographed on my hand and/or next to a ruler so that you may have a better idea of what the true measurement is. If you have any questions regarding size please don’t hesitate to contact me, as I am happy to answer any of your questions.
✧ Product Variation: Due to the handmade nature of my items, some variations may occur. Stones may vary slightly in color, size and shape due to their natural character.
